General terms and conditions

1. Scope Of Application

For all deliveries of Boarisch Groove Horst Biewald (hereinafter Boarisch Groove) to consumers, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with Boarisch Groove, owner: Horst Biewald, Scheibenwandstr. 31, 83233 Bernau, UID no. DE158338639.

3. Conclusion Of Contract

3.1. The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
3.2. The participation of children and adolescents under 15 years of age is only possible with the simultaneous participation of an accompanying adult.
3.3. By clicking the button “Buy now” you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when I accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

4. Right Of Withdrawal

4.1. If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
4.2. If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of revocation according to section 4.1, you shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment.

5. Prices And Shipping Costs

5.1. The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components such as promotional discounts, special prices, etc..
5.2. In addition to the listed prices, I charge for the postal delivery of vouchers within the EU and the delivery of merchandising products shipping costs according to the table. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
5.3. When paying by cash on delivery, an additional fee of 10€ Euro will be charged, which will be collected by the deliverer on site. There are no other taxes or costs.

6. Delivery Of Vouchers And Merchandising Items

6.1. Delivery is only within Germany with Deutsche Post.
6.2. The delivery time is up to 5 days. I point out possible deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

7. Payment

7.1. Payment can be made either by Paypal, credit card or Sofortüberweisung or other payment options offered in the payment processing.

8. Retention Of Title

Until full payment ordered goods remain my property.

9. Dispute Resolution

The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts.
