Refunds and returns policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of goods are excluded from return:

  • Goods produced individually for you
  • Vouchers
  • Items with obvious signs of use, such as CDs that have been opened
  • Any item that is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts that are not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we need your booking confirmation data.

Refund

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a maximum of 10 days.

Delayed or missing reimbursements

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Special price item

Only regular price items can be refunded. Items that were offered with special price can not be refunded.

Exchange and return

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange or return an item, please email us in advance at info@jodeln-am-chiemsee.de and send the item to: Boarisch Groove, Horst Biewald, Scheibenwandstr. 31, 83233 Bernau

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the exchanged product to arrive. You must pay the shipping costs to exchange or return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, if applicable. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more valuable items, you should use insured shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
